Terms of Use of the Website

By using our website and initiating a booking through our website, you accept the following terms and conditions.

Privacy

Your Privacy is extremely important to us. The documents you submit are used only for verification and will not be shared with any third party unless required by law. The same applies to your trip details. These are not shared with anyone unless required by Law. The documents shared with us during this booking will be permanently erased from our servers on the 30th day of your rental. The rental information will be saved for future reference.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The bookings can be cancelled within 48hrs of Booking. A Complete refund will be issued. The Security Deposit Refund will not be issued, if the cancellation is after 48 hours of booking. The refunds will be reflected back in the same payment method in 3-5 business days.

Responsibility for the Payment

Payments by users shall be made with his/her credit card or debit card. The User is under obligation to ensure that the account from which the amounts are to be collected have sufficient funds or credit available to cover any charges. Users are solely responsible for any associated bank or credit card charges or fees. Users may be charged a processing fee for a declined credit or debit card payment. In the event the User defaults on any payments, 3M Carz is entitled to charge reminder fees and default interest in accordance with the provisions of the law. In addition, 3M Carz may utilize third parties to collect amounts owed to 3M Carz by a User. With all fees mentioned above, 3M Carz reserves the right to prohibit a User from making a subsequent reservation until all outstanding fees in the User’s account have been paid in full. In the event a fee is incurred, Users will receive an email invoice from 3M Carz that will have detailed payment instructions.

Kilometer Limit

There is not kilometer limit for any bookings upto 7 days. For longer bookings, reach out to our Customer Support team.

Fastags & Tolls

All our cars are equipped with Fastags. For bookings upto 48 hours, we recharge the fastags. For any bookings beyond that, you an recharge it on your own. Reach out to our Customer Support team for more information.

Changes in the Booking

The booking time can be cut down or be extended. When you cut down the booking tenure, a new fare will be applicable and will be communicated with you. Our team will share you the updated bill and issue applicable refunds. You can request an extension of your booking. Depending upon the availability of the vehicle, we will communicate the feasibility of extending the current vehicle or allot another vehicle for you. Late Return

If you maybe late, please contact our support and inform them about it. Any Late Returns will prior intimation for upto 2 hours are not chargeable. Any Returns beyond that are chargeable for upto INR 200-600 per hour depending upon the vehicle. Any returns without prior information will be chargeable from the time the booking ends. For upto 1 hour a charge of INR 300 will be applicable on all cars and there after depending upon the cars, a charge of INR 200-600 will be applicable per hour.

Co-Drivers

If there are any Co-Drivers, please share the details of the Co-Drivers with 3M Carz. If 3M Carz finds that the Vehicle is Not Being Driven by Renter or Co-Drivers, the booking stands cancelled and the vehicle will be recovered.

Pickup and Delivery Charges

Pickup and delivery are currently available only in Hyderabad, with a standard charge of INR 500 for up to 7 kms and INR 1000 for 8-15 kms from Gachibowli. If the car needs to be delivered to an airport or a specific location and picked up from there at the end of the booking, a standard charge of INR 1500 is applicable.

Booking Cancellation/Car Change

If a user decides to cancel a booking after it has started, no refund will be issued. If the user decides to upgrade or downgrade the car for any reason except the vehicle breakdown not because of User Failure, a standard charge of INR 1000 will be added to the booking price.

Fuel Pricing/Reimbursement

We record the fuel before the rental begins, and you will not be charged if the vehicle is returned with the same percentage of the fuel. If you return the vehicle with less fuel, you will be charged for the difference, and if you return the vehicle with more fuel, you will be reimbursed for the difference.

Traffic & Parking Violations

The user must pay the challan within 24 hours of receiving or before the rental expires, whichever comes first. An Additional fee of INR 500 or will be levied on Overspeeding and Wrong Way Driving Violations.

Immobilization & Recovery of the Vehicle

Overspeeding is thrilling, but it is also extremely dangerous. All Our vehicles are fully equipped with the best-in-class trackers from Europe, and the vehicle will be immobilized after the third instance of exceeding the speed limit. The top speed of any of our vehicles is 110 kilometers per hour.

3M Carz reserves right to cancel the booking and recover the vehicle anytime during booking,

  1. IF the Vehicle is NOT being Driven the Renter or Co-Driver
  2. IF the Vehicle is in Idle State and is Not Driven for More than 24 Hours
  3. IF the Renter doesn’t answer the Calls from 7377617377 or 7377627377 for more than 24 hours during booking time.
  4. If the rental is ended and No calls are answered for two hours and No communication was done then the vehicle will be immobilized.

Renter will be liable to a charge of INR 10,000 for Recovery of the Vehicle. This is excluding any charges for Fuel Difference, Damage on the Vehicle, Vehicle Pickup Charges (INR 12 Per KM).

Collision or another incident

  1. If the User is involved in an unintentional or non-consequential accident, the booking will be marked as complete, and no refund on unused rental period will be processed. The user will be liable for damage costs of up to INR 10,000. Electrical components of the vehicle, such as tail lights, fog lamps, cameras, External installations such as Bumpers and Luggage Carriers, Interior components such as an Android screen or music system, and Clutch Set damage due to bad driving is not covered by the standard charges of INR 10,000. This needs to be paid in full. The users will be liable to pay 50% of the MRP in case of damage to tyres.
  2. The damages must be reported to 3M Carz with respective images from the scene, and the vehicle may not be repaired unless approved in writing by 3M Carz. If the damages are not reported and repairs are performed without 3M Carz’s written approval, the user will be charged standard damage charges of INR 10,000.
  3. The payment owed will be deducted from the security deposit, if any. Should the security deposit not cover the payment (in the case the User has accrued late return, Fuel charges, etc charges) the balance of the payment owed shall be payable by the User separately as an additional outstanding.
  4. Users will be responsible for all towing and impounding charges associated with a collision or User Failure.
  5. 3M Carz will be responsible for all towing and impounding charges caused by vehicle failure.
  6. Users will be responsible for all applicable damages and costs, including those in excess of the applicable Damage Fee, arising from the User’s failure to comply with the terms of the Agreement and/or a violation of the law.
  7. The user will be liable to pay any legal fees incurred due to Legal Proceedings by 3M Carz due to non-payment of dues by the user.
